Penobscot County Commissioners are requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide all necessary equipment and perform all tasks necessary to efficiently and safely replace the outdated HVAC equipment on all floors, except the basement in the old Penobscot County Courthouse (PCCH) building located at 97 Hammond Street in Bangor, Maine. In addition, all pneumatic controls associated with the HVAC system, campus wise, will be replaced with electronic controls. The JACE 8000 controller will also be updated.
