The Penobscot County Commissioners are accepting bid proposals for Penobscot County Mobile Video System and Body Worn Cameras. Bid packages may be obtained below:

The County of Penobscot reserves the right to modify these dates if extenuating circumstances necessitate.
Release of RFP December 1, 2022
Question Deadline February 1, 2023 by 5 PM
Proposal Deadline March 6, 2023 by 12 PM
Evaluation/On-site Demonstrations/Equipment
Testing (if needed) March 6 – 25, 2023
Vendor Selection/Proposal to County Commission April 4, 2023*
Award Contract April 11, 2023*
Sealed bids must be delivered in hand, by mail or parcel service no later than 12:00 p.m. Monday, March 6, 2023 to:
