Penobscot County Commissioners are requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide all labor, tools, and equipment to safely renovate the spaces on the 2nd floor of the old Penobscot County Courthouse, which has been used as the County Commissioner's Courtroom into functional office spaces for the District Attorney's office.
