The Penobscot County Commissioners are accepting RFP’s (Request for Proposals) regarding marketing & public relation services pertaining to the new County Corrections & Programs facility project. RFP specs are attached below.
The proposal must be delivered in hand, by mail or parcel service with proof of delivery service date no later than the close of business (4:30 p.m.) on Friday, June 2nd, 2023. Penobscot County reserves the right to accept/reject any and all bids received.
