Request for Proposal - Franklin Street Building HVAC Replacement
Amendment I: 03.07.2024
The Penobscot County Commissioners are requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide all equipment, and to perform all tasks necessary to efficiently and safely replace outdated HVAC equipment in the building located on Franklin Street in Bangor. The County requires this work to be completed prior to the 2024/2025 heating season.
Written proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked as follow:

All proposals must be received no later than 4:30 PM Monday, April 1, 2024
Only sealed bids will be accepted. All bids must be complete upon submission. Bids received after the stipulated closing time will be returned unopened, at the Bidder’s expense. All bids received will be opened during the weekly Commissioner’s meeting on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
