Request for Proposal - Building Demolition
The Penobscot County Commissioners are requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide all equipment, and to perform all tasks necessary to efficiently and safely demolish and remove the "Old YMCA" building located at 127 Hammond Street in Bangor. The County requires this work to be completed prior to December 31, 2023.
Written proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked as follow:

All proposals must be received no later than 4:30 PM Friday, October 13, 2023
Only sealed bids will be accepted. All bids must be complete upon submission. Bids received after the stipulated closing time will be returned unopened, at the Bidder’s expense. All bids received will be opened during the weekly Commissioner’s meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023
