Notice of Public Hearing
The Land Use Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing and seeking public comment on the Wolfden Mount Chase LLC's (20 Main Street, Patten, ME 04765) application for a zone change for the proposed Picket Mountain Mine Project.
TIME & PLACE: The Commission will hold a public comment session on the evening of Monday, October 23, 2023 at the Cross Insurance Center, 515 Main Street, Bangor, Maine. The session will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the Presiding Officer determining the end time. The Commission anticipates that this session will be heavily attended, and speakers will likely be limited to 3 minutes each, based on the number of individuals interested in offering testimony. Members of the public who wish to speak may begin arriving at 6:00 p.m. to sign up on the list of speakers.
