While I appreciate the effort to improve Penobscot County, I'm slightly concerned about the discussed initiatives in the minutes. Focusing solely on infrastructure spending without addressing underlying social issues could create unintended consequences. Perhaps a more holistic approach, considering community support programs, might yield more sustainable positive outcomes? Food for thought, though ultimately, maybe it stems from bad parenting .
